Abstract
A stable pharmaceutically formulation containing antibody, a buffer, a non-ionic surfactant, and a lyoprotectants/cryoprotectants. Also disclosed are associated methods for preparing, storing, and using such formulations.

A Formulation comprising:
- antibody, buffer and pharmaceutically acceptable excipient(s).
A formulation comprising an antibody or fragments thereof, a buffer and lyoprotectants.
A stable formulation of antibody comprising:
- a) about 25 mg/ml to about 250 mg/ml antibody b) buffer providing pH 5 to pH 7.5.
A stable formulation of antibody comprising:
- a) about 50 mg/ml to about 250 mg/ml antibody b) buffer providing pH 5 to pH 7.5 and c) about 0.001% to about 0.05% nonionic surfactant.
A stable formulation of antibody comprising:
- a) about 100 mg/ml to about 250 mg/ml antibody b) buffer providing pH 5 to pH 7.5;
- c) about 0.001% to about 0.05% nonionic surfactant;
- and c) lyoprotectant and/or cryoprotectant.
