A vehicle door fixing apparatus, a fixed wedge configured to be fixedly attached to one of a vehicle body panel and a door panel, a base plate configured to be fixedly attached to the other one of the vehicle body panel and the door panel, a movable wedge slidably provided at the base plate, a biasing member biasing the movable wedge toward the fixed wedge, and a cover fixedly attached to the base plate and covering around the biasing member.

A vehicle door fixing apparatus, comprising:
- a fixed wedge configured to be fixedly attached to one of a vehicle body panel and a door panel;
- a base plate configured to be fixedly attached to the other one of the vehicle body panel and the door panel;
- a movable wedge slidably provided at the base plate;
- a biasing member biasing the movable wedge toward the fixed wedge;
- and
- a cover fixedly attached to the base plate and covering around the biasing member.
