Abstract
A document management apparatus includes: a memory that holds an electronic document of plural pages; a written information acquisition unit that obtains information on writing with respect to respective pages of recording media on which the electronic document stored in the memory is outputted; and a page arrangement generation unit that generates a page arrangement of the electronic document based on the information on the writing obtained by the written information acquisition unit.

A document management apparatus comprising:
- a memory that holds an electronic document of a plurality of pages;
- a written information acquisition unit that obtains information on writing with respect to respective pages of recording media on which the electronic document stored in the memory is outputted;
- and
- a page arrangement generation unit that generates a page arrangement of the electronic document based on the information on the writing obtained by the written information acquisition unit.

A computer readable medium storing a program causing a computer to execute a process comprising:
- holding an electronic document of a plurality of pages;
- obtaining information on writing with respect to respective pages of recording media on which the bolded electronic document is outputted;
- and
- generating a page arrangement of the electronic document based on the obtained information on the writing.
