Method and System for the Exposure of Simplified Data-Service Facades Through a Context Aware Access Layer

A computer implemented method of processing a request from a client device to a data store, wherein the method comprises:

• receiving, at a processor, a request for data from the client device;
• formatting, at the processor, the request for data into a format compatible to a data store;
• the processor causing the request to be communicated to the data store;
• receiving, at the processor, a response from the data store, wherein the response contains response data;
• processing, at the processor, the response data using context information that relates to the client device to determine contextually relevant information;
• and
• the processor causing the contextually relevant information to be communicated to the client device.
