Abstract
A dynamic data acquisition system is disclosed for continuously recording, measuring and analyzing test cycle data of dimensional changes of a work piece before, during and after climatic changes. An optional climate chamber with an environmentally encapsulated camera system may be used to control the climate during the test cycle. A method of operating the dynamic data acquisition system is disclosed, as well as a business method for the new business model created by utilizing the system.
Claims1
A dynamic data acquisition system, comprising:
- A work piece;
- At least one calibration tool;
- a climate controlled environment with climatic changes;
- a high resolution digital camera for recording dimensional changes of the work piece responding to climatic changes with relation to the at least one calibration tool, said high resolution digital camera being capable of providing computer input data;
- and
- computer software to receive the computer input data from the camera and said computer software being capable of analyzing the data and generating computer generated reports
