Syringe drive device and medication dispensing device

A syringe drive device comprising:

• a syringe holding section configured to detachably hold an outer tube of a syringe;
• a piston manipulating section detachably engaged with a piston of the syringe having an end inserted in the outer tube;
• a piston drive section configured to move the piston manipulating section to thereby move the piston in a direction where the piston is pushed into the outer tube or a direction where the piston is pulled out from the outer tube;
• a piston controller configured to change the direction where the piston manipulating section is moved by the piston drive section;
• an internal pressure measuring section configured to measure an internal pressure of a medicinal solution container punctured with a needle attached to the outer tube of the syringe;
• and
• a display section configured to display the internal pressure of the medicinal solution container measured by the internal pressure measuring section.
