Abstract
Novel conjugates and immunogens derived from lenalidomide and antibodies generated by these immunogens are useful in immunoassays for the quantification and monitoring of thalidomide and lenalidomide in biological fluids.

An antibody which is selectively reactive with the pharmaceutically active chemotherapeutic drugs selected from the group consisting of lenalidomide and mixtures of lenalidomide with thalidomide.
A compound of the formula:
- wherein B is —C(═O)—CH2—, —C(═O)—NH—CH2—, —C(═O)—O—CH2— or —CH2—
- Y is an organic spacing group;
- p is an integer from 0 to 1;
- X is a terminal functional group capable of binding to said polyamine polymer;

A conjugate comprising a carrier conjugated with a ligand of the formula:
- Wherein B is —C(═O)—CH2—, —C(═O)—NH—CH2—, —C(═O)—O—CH2— or —CH2—
