Claims16
A compound selected from the group consisting of:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of any of the foregoing.
A pharmaceutically acceptable composition comprising:
- a. a compound of the Formula I:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein:
- each of R1 and R2 independently for each occurrence is —CH2CH2CH3, wherein —CH2CH2CH3 is optionally substituted with 1 to 7 deuterium atoms;
- R3 is hydrogen or deuterium;
- and
- Y is OH or OD,
- provided that if each of R1 and R2 is —CH2CH2CH3 or —CH2—CHD-CH2D, then R3 is deuterium;
- further provided that if R1 is —CH2CH2CH3 and R2 is —CD2CD2CD3, then R3 is deuterium;
- b. a second therapeutic agent selected from the group consisting of sunitinib, sorafenib, dasatinib, erlotinib, lapatinib, lenalidomide, temozolomide, 5-fluorouracil, epirubicin, cyclophosphamide, karenitecin, decitabine, aripiprazole, olanzapine, lamotrigine, risperidone, quetiapine, carbamazepine, and phenyloin;
- and
- c. a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
