A compound of Formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:

• X is N or N—O;
• R1 is the group -D1-L1-R11, wherein
• D1 is selected from the group consisting of:
• direct bond, —C(O)—, —CO2—, —NH—C(O)—, —S—, —S(O)—, —SO2—, —CH═CH—CO2—, and —C≡C—CH2—,
• L1 is selected from the group consisting of:
• direct bond and C1-6 alkylene, and
• R11 is selected from the group consisting of:
• hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl, cyclopentyl, cyclohexyl, —O—C1-6 alkyl, tetrahydrofuran-2-yl, tetrahydrofuran-3-yl, and phenyl, wherein the cyclopentyl, cyclohexyl, tetrahydrofuanyl, and phenyl groups are optionally substituted with one or more substituents independently selected from the group consisting of:
• C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 haloalkyl, —O—C1-6alkyl, —O—C1-6 haloalkyl, and halogen,
• wherein, when D1 and L1 are direct bonds, then R11 is a phenyl group;
• R2 is the group -D2-L2-R12, wherein
• D2 is selected from the group consisting of:
• —S—, —SO2—, and —NH—,
• L2 is selected from the group consisting of:
• direct bond and C1-6 alkylene, and
• R11 is selected from the group consisting of:
• C1-6 alkyl, cyclopentyl, cyclohexyl, —O—C1-6 alkyl, furan-2-yl, furan-3-yl, tetrahydrofuran-2-yl, tetrahydrofuran-3-yl, pyridine-2-yl, and phenyl, wherein the cyclopentyl, cyclohexyl, furanyl, tetrahydrofuanyl, pyridine, and phenyl groups are optionally substituted with one or more substituents independently selected from the group consisting of:
• C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 haloalkyl, —O—C1-6alkyl, —O—C1-6 haloalkyl, and halogen;
• R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, and R8 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, —O—C1-6 alkyl, and —O—C1-6 haloalkyl.
