Mobile wireless communications device with reduced interfering energy from the display and related methods

An electronic device comprising:

• a display;
• a circuit board including display driver circuitry;
• a display connector on said circuit board and coupled to said display;
• display connection lines carried by said circuit board as signal traces interconnecting said display driver circuitry and said display connector;
• and
• a plurality of filters carried by said circuit board, with each filter being coupled to a respective display connection line.

An electronic device comprising:

• an LCD display;
• a circuit board including display driver circuitry;
• a display connector on said circuit board and coupled to said LCD display;
• display connection lines carried by said circuit board as signal traces interconnecting said display driver circuitry and said display connector;
• and
• a plurality of filters carried by said circuit board, with each filter being serially coupled to a respective display connection line.

A method for making an electronic device comprising:

• providing a display;
• forming a circuit board including display driver circuitry, a display connector, and display connection lines as signal traces interconnecting the display driver circuitry and the display connector;
• and
• mounting a plurality of filters on the circuit board, with each filter being coupled to a respective display connection line.
