Abstract

The invention provides a shield case a pair of inner walls, being opposed to each other and adapted to receive a mating connector therebetween, the pair of inner walls each including first and second ends in an insertion direction of the mating connector; a pair of elastic contact pieces, each formed by cutting and inwardly raising a portion of each of the inner walls; openings or notches, formed in order to cut and raise the elastic contact pieces in the inner walls; a pair of folded-back portions, provided continuously to the first ends of the inner walls and folded back to a second end side of the inner walls; and a pair of outer walls, provided continuously to the folded-back portions, arranged along outer surfaces of the inner walls, and covering the openings or the notches.
