Abstract
Methods of treating diabetic ketoacidosis are disclosed. The methods utilize an endothelin antagonist to treat diabetic ketoacidosis in mammals, including humans.
Claims20
A method of treating diabetic ketoacidosis comprising administering to a mammal in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of an endothelin antagonist.
An article of manufacture comprising:
- (a) a packaged composition comprising an endothelin antagonist;
- (b) an insert providing instructions for administration of (a) to treat diabetic ketoacidosis in a mammal;
- and
- (c) a container for (a) and (b).
