Imidazolothiazole compounds and methods of use thereof

A compound of formula I:

• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, hydrate or prodrug thereof, wherein R1, R2 and R3 are selected as follows:
• i) R1 and R2 are each selected from —CH3, and —CH2OH;
• and R3 is selected from —CH3, —CH(OH)2, —CHO, —CH2OH,
• or
• ii) R1, R2 and R3 are each selected from —CH3 and —COOH;
• and
• R4 is selected from:
• with a proviso that the compound is not N-(5-tert-butyl-isoxazol-3-yl)-N′-{4-[7-(2-morpholin-4-yl-ethoxy)imidazo[2,1-b][1,3]benzothiazol-2-yl]phenyl}urea.
