Abstract
The present disclosure relates generally to an integrated signal light head. In one embodiment, the integrated signal light head includes a molded housing for holding at least one light emitting diode (LED) light source and a power supply compartment coupled to the molded housing. As a result, a power supply may be remotely located and independent of the at least one LED light source.
Claims20
An integrated signal light head, comprising:
- a molded housing for holding at least one light emitting diode (LED) light source;
- and
- a power supply compartment coupled to the molded housing.
An integrated traffic signal light head, comprising:
- a molded housing for holding at least one light emitting diode (LED) based traffic signal light, wherein the at least one LED based traffic signal light is powered by a remotely located power supply;
- and
- a power supply compartment coupled to the molded housing.
An integrated signal light head, comprising:
- a molded housing for holding at least one light emitting diode (LED) based traffic signal light;
- and
- a power supply compartment coupled to the molded housing, wherein the power supply compartment includes at least one female plug for receiving a plug-and-play power supply.
