An optical system support, especially for an optical measuring device, includes a base on which a mechanism for fixing an electro-optical transceiver system is provided. The optical system support is a ceramic optical system support.

An optical system support, for an optical measuring device, comprising:
- a basic body having fixing structure configured to fix an electro-optical transceiver system thereto, wherein the optical system support is a ceramic optical system support.
An optical measuring device comprising:
- a lens holder,
- an optical system support, and
- a transceiver system,
- wherein the optical system support includes a basic body having fixing structure configured to fix the transceiver system thereto, wherein the optical system support is a ceramic optical system support.
