Imaging lens, optical apparatus equipped therewith and method for manufacturing imaging lens

An imaging lens comprising:

• a front lens group having negative refractive power disposed to the most object side;
• and
• a rear lens group having negative refractive power, disposed to an image side of the front lens group, and moving at least a portion thereof in a direction including a component substantially perpendicular to an optical axis,
• the rear lens group including a first negative lens component having negative refractive power, a second negative lens component having negative refractive power, and a positive lens component having positive refractive power,
• the second negative lens component being disposed between the first negative lens component and the positive lens component,
• the second negative lens component side lens surface of the first negative lens component being a concave surface facing the second negative lens component,
• the second negative lens component being a negative meniscus lens shape having a concave surface facing the first negative lens component, and
• at least one lens surface among optical surfaces of the first negative lens component, the second negative lens component and the positive lens component being an aspherical surface.
