Abstract
A liquid-ejecting head includes a pressure-generating chamber communicatively connected to a nozzle opening and also includes a piezoelectric transducer including a first electrode, a piezoelectric layer disposed on the first electrode, and a second electrode disposed on the piezoelectric layer. The first electrode contains platinum and titanium oxide with a rutile content of 76.5 to 100 mole percent.
Claims9
A liquid-ejecting head comprising:
- a pressure-generating chamber communicating with a nozzle opening;
- and
- a piezoelectric element including a first electrode, a piezoelectric layer above the first electrode, and a second electrode above the piezoelectric layer,
- wherein the first electrode contains platinum and titanium oxide, where the titanium oxide has a rutile type crystal which exists content of 76.5 to 100 mole percent therein.
1 more element
A piezoelectric element comprising:
- a first electrode;
- a piezoelectric layer above the first electrode;
- and
- a second electrode above the piezoelectric layer,
- wherein the first electrode contains platinum and titanium oxide, where the titanium oxide has a rutile type crystal which exists content of 76.5 to 100 mole percent therein.
2 more elements
A liquid-ejecting apparatus comprising:
- an ink chamber capable of storing an ink;
- a driving signal generator capable of generating a driving signal;
- and
- a liquid-ejecting head connected to the ink chamber which is capable of ejecting the ink in response to a driving signal received by the driving signal generator, the liquid-ejecting head including:
- a pressure-generating chamber communicating with a nozzle opening;
- and
- a piezoelectric element including a first electrode, a piezoelectric layer above the first electrode, and a second electrode above the piezoelectric layer,
- wherein the first electrode contains platinum, iridium oxide, and titanium oxide, where the titanium oxide has a rutile type crystal which exists content of 76.5 to 100 mole percent therein.
