Abstract
A method of determining a common blade frequency of a rotor of a wind turbine is provided. The method includes measuring a vibration quantity representative of a vibration of a component of the wind turbine, and determining the common blade frequency based the measured vibration quantity.

- measuring a vibration quantity representative of a vibration of a component of the wind turbine;
- and
- determining the common blade frequency based on the measured vibration quantity.
A device for determining a common blade frequency of a rotor of a wind turbine, the device, comprising:
- a measuring unit configured for measuring a vibration quantity representative of a vibration of a component of the wind turbine;
- and
- a determining unit configured for determining the common blade frequency based on the measured vibration quantity.
