Abstract
A heating appliance for railway vehicles has at least one heating unit, forming a load-bearing sandwich structure together with edge profiles and a core layer. According to the invention, a plurality of heating units and sandwich structures are provided, each forming modular construction units, and the construction units can be positioned and fixed relative to one another in the railway vehicle by means of connecting elements.

A heating appliance for a railway vehicle, with at least one heating unit, forming a load-bearing sandwich structure together with edge profiles and a core layer, wherein a plurality of heating units and sandwich structures are provided, which in each case form modular construction units, and wherein the construction units can be positioned and fixed relative to one another in the railway vehicle by means of connecting elements.
