Abstract
Tire vulcanizing/retreading and de-vulcanization system including an autoclave and heating based on an induction system, which will lead to vulcanization or de-vulcanization of a tire.

-16. (canceled)
A tire vulcanization or retreading system, the system comprising the steps of:
- (1) preparing a tire with an outer area, an inner area and a sidewall, and having a bead;
- by applying a rubber envelope, having a first and a second end, coating the entire outer area of the tire;
- (2) assembling a protective rubber component inside the tire
- (3) assembling the tire with a wheel, creating a sealing rim to the tire;
- (4) sealing the envelope at one end at the tire bead with the wheel or with the sidewall;
- (5) vulcanizing the tire, comprising the steps of:
- (5a) loading the prepared tire onto a center axle (Ex) of an autoclave, constructed and arranged to expose the tire to a variety of predetermined inductive components;
- (5b) setting up the autoclave at a predetermined vulcanization parameters of pressure, temperature and time;
- (5c) loading induction to the inductive components, through heat generating sources;
- (5d) transferring heat between the inductive components, and
- (5e) vulcanizing the tire;
- (6) unloading the autoclave;
- (7) disassembling the tire, and
- (8) Cooling the tire.

A tire de-vulcanization system, the system comprising the steps of:
- (1) loading a tire having plies, with an outer area, an inner area and a sidewall, and having a bead onto a center axle (Ex) of an autoclave, constructed and arranged to expose the tire to a variety of predetermined inductive components;
- (2) setting up the autoclave at a predetermined vulcanization parameters of pressure, temperature and time;
- (3) loading induction to the inductive components, through heat generating sources;
- (4) transferring heat between the inductive components;
- (5) de-vulcanizing the tire;
- (6) unloading the autoclave, and
- (7) Cooling the tire.
