Abstract
An instrument for stretching tissue is provided. The instrument can include opposing hook jaws 10 movably coupled to a rod 12 and movable toward each other, and each hook jaw 10 can have a hook receptacle 18. A hook module 20, having at least one hook 22, can be seated in the hook receptacle 18. An adjustment cam 28 can be connected to each hook module 20 and an adjustment drive 26 can be coupled to the adjustment cams 28 where the adjustment drive 26 moves the adjustment cams 28 to cause a skin stretching force at one or more hook modules 20 and to cause a skin reperfusion force at one or more hook modules 20.
Claims15
An instrument for stretching tissue, comprising:
- jaws, with hook modules introducible in hook receptacles of the jaws, which respectively carry at least one hook,
- wherein the jaws are moveable in order to introduce into the skin via the hooks stuck into the skin a pull force in the skin, wherein the hook receptacle accepts at least two groups of hook modules,
- wherein each group of hook modules includes respectively at least one hook module, and the hook modules of the two groups are arranged in the hook receptacle set off against each other in the direction of the introduced pull force such that the two groups of hook modules are alternatingly movable between an advanced position and a non-advanced position.
An instrument for stretching tissue of skin, comprising:
- at least two jaws that can be advanced towards each other in order to introduce a pull force into the skin with a direction of the pull force being in a direction that stretches the skin;
- at least one hook receptacle provided on each jaw;
- and
- hook modules arranged in the at least one hook receptacle in a row transverse to the direction of the pull force;
- wherein each hook module carries at least one hook to be anchored to the skin,
- wherein the hook modules of the row are arranged in two groups, and
- wherein the hook modules of the two groups are alternatingly movable in the at least one hook receptacle in the direction of the pull force between an advanced position that exercises a maximum pull force and a non-advanced position that relaxes the pull force.
An instrument for stretching tissue of skin, comprising:
- jaws which can be advanced towards each other in order to introduce a pull force into the skin with a direction of the pull force being in a direction that stretches the skin;
- and
- hook modules arranged in each jaw in a row transverse to the direction of pull force;
- wherein each hook module carries at least one hook to be anchored to the skin,
- wherein the hook modules of the row are divided into two groups,
- wherein the hook modules of the two groups are alternatingly movable in the direction of the pull force so that a first group is in an advanced position exercising a maximum pull force and a second group is in a non-advanced position relaxing the pull force.
