Abstract
A nucleic acid isothermal amplification method includes: performing a reverse transcription reaction to reverse-transcribe a target RNA strand into a template DNA strand; irradiating a reaction solution with light to dissociate a photodegradable protecting group bound to a nucleotide in a sequence of an oligonucleotide primer; and performing an amplification reaction for the template DNA strand.

A nucleic acid isothermal amplification method, comprising:
- performing a reverse transcription reaction to reverse-transcribe a target RNA strand into a template DNA strand;
- irradiating a reaction solution with light to dissociate a photodegradable protecting group bound to a nucleotide in a sequence of an oligonucleotide primer;
- and
- performing an amplification reaction for the template DNA strand.
