Cosmetic basic composition and its use

Method of preparing a cosmetic basic composition of comprising a hydroxypropylmethylcellulose C15-C20 alkyl ether thickener, Oleosomes and water, wherein the Oleosomes comprise at least one cosmetically active substance and optionally cosmetically acceptable auxiliary substances and/or additional cosmetically active substances

• comprising adding water and Oleosomes into a main kettle and stirring the mixture at 800 rpm at room temperature,
• optionally premixing cosmetically acceptable auxiliary substances and/or additional cosmetically active substances and adding the premix to the main kettle under stirring at 1200 rpm at room temperature,
• slowly adding the hydroxypropylmethylcellulose C15-C20 alkyl ether thickener to the main kettle under stirring at 2500 rpm at room temperature, increasing the stirring speed to at least 3000 rpm as soon as the mixture begins to thicken and stirring until an uniform gel is formed, and
• optionally adding further cosmetically acceptable auxiliary substances and/or additional cosmetically active substances consecutively to the gel under continuous stirring achieving a stable dispersion.
