Abstract
The present invention discloses an identity recognition method for recognizing the biometric features of a predetermined palm by biometric features stored in a database. The method of the invention includes the following steps of: (S1) forming an initial image; (S2) determining if the initial image matches the image of the palm, if yes, process step (S3); (S3) applying a convolution process to the initial image; (S4) capturing a plurality of biometric features by Scale Invariant Feature Transformation (SIFT); and (S6) comparing the plurality of the biometric features of the initial image to the biometric features stored in the database.
Claims10
An identity recognition method, for recognizing a plurality of biometric features of a predetermined palm by a set of biometric features stored in a database, comprising the following steps of:
- (S1) forming an initial image;
- (S2) determining if the initial image matches the image of the predetermined palm, if yes, process step (S3);
- (S3) applying a convolution process to the initial image;
- (S4) capturing a plurality of biometric features from the initial image by Scale Invariant Feature Transformation (SIFT);
- and
- (S6) comparing the plurality of the biometric features of the initial image to the set of biometric features stored in the database.
