• acquiring necessary information to change component carrier as a mapping target on which downlink control information including control information about uplink is mapped, among a plurality of component carriers having mutually different frequency bands within a frequency band used for downlink;
• and
• changing the component carrier as the mapping target based on the acquired information and a predetermined processing procedure.

A program storage medium recorded a processing procedure, the processing procedure including a processing procedure to change a component carrier as a mapping target on which downlink control information including control information about uplink is mapped, among a plurality of component carriers having mutually different frequency bands in a frequency band used for downlink.
