Abstract
An objective lens for an optical pickup device is provided with a light-source-side lens surface by which laser light is converged, and a disc-side lens surface by which the laser light converged by the light-source-side lens surface is converged. The first lens surface and the second lens surface are configured to guide a part of a light collecting portion of the laser light reflected on the second lens surface to a position on an outside of the first lens surface.

An objective lens for an optical pickup device, comprising:
- a first lens surface by which laser light is converged;
- and
- a second lens surface by which the laser light converged by the first lens surface is converged, wherein
- the first lens surface and the second lens surface are configured to guide a part of a light collecting portion of the laser light reflected on the second lens surface to a position on an outside of the first lens surface.

An optical pickup device, comprising:
- a laser light source;
- and
- an objective lens which converges laser light emitted from the laser light source on a disc,
- the objective lens including
- a first lens surface by which the laser light is converged, and
- a second lens surface by which the laser light converged by the first lens surface is converged, wherein
- the first lens surface and the second lens surface are configured to guide a part of a light collecting portion of the laser light reflected on the second lens surface to a position on an outside of the first lens surface.
