Abstract
An ink jet recording-targeted non-aqueous ink composition contains pigment, polyvinyl chloride, and a solvent represented by the formula 1, wherein R1 represents an alkyl group having one to eight carbon atoms, and R2 and R3 each represent any one of a methyl group and an ethyl group.

An ink jet recording-targeted non-aqueous ink composition comprising:
- pigment;
- polyvinyl chloride;
- and
- a solvent represented by the formula 1,
- wherein R1 represents an alkyl group having one to eight carbon atoms, and R2 and R3 each represent any one of a methyl group and an ethyl group.
