Abstract
An information processing apparatus includes an operation unit, and a control unit that displays, on a display unit, a data image representing the contents of temporally continuous data along a time axis. Here, when a gesture operation for cutting the data image perpendicularly to the time axis is performed through the operation unit, the control unit divides the data at a position on the time axis in accordance with the position cut by the gesture operation.
Claims11
An information processing apparatus, comprising:
- an operation unit;
- and
- a control unit that displays, on a display unit, a data image representing the contents of temporally continuous data along a time axis,
- wherein, when a gesture operation for cutting the data image perpendicularly to the time axis is performed through the operation unit, the control unit divides the data at a position on the time axis in accordance with a position cut by the gesture operation.
The information processing apparatus according to 1, wherein, when a gesture operation for cutting the data image perpendicularly to the time axis is reciprocatively performed through the operation unit, the control unit divides the data at a position on the time axis in accordance with a position which is cut by the gesture operation.
A data division method, comprising:
- displaying, on a display unit, a data image representing the contents of temporally continuous data along a time axis;
- and,
- when a gesture operation for cutting the data image perpendicularly to the time axis is performed through an operation unit, dividing the data at a position on the time axis in accordance with a position which is cut by the gesture operation.
A data division program causing an information processing apparatus to execute,
- displaying, on a display unit, a data image representing the contents of temporally continuous data along a time axis;
- and,
- when a gesture operation for cutting the data image perpendicularly to the time axis is performed through an operation unit, dividing the data at a position on the time axis in accordance with a position which is cut by the gesture operation.
