Abstract
A method for making a soluble dispensing paper-roll core having cleansing properties, comprising the steps of: manufacturing flexible strips of water-soluble material; applying at least one cleanser material to at least one portion of said flexible strips of water-soluble material; winding said flexible strips of water-soluble material onto a mandrel; and adhering said flexible strips of water-soluble material together to form a tube.

A method for making a soluble dispensing paper-roll core having cleansing properties, comprising the steps of:
- a) manufacturing flexible strips of water-soluble material;
- b) applying at least one cleanser material to at least one portion of said flexible strips of water-soluble material;
- c) winding said flexible strips of water-soluble material onto a mandrel;
- and
- d) adhering said flexible strips of water-soluble material together to form a tube.
