Abstract
A solar cell module includes a plurality of solar cells, a light transparent front substrate disposed on front surfaces of the plurality of solar cells, a back substrate disposed on back surfaces of the plurality of solar cells, a sealing member disposed between the light transparent front substrate and the back substrate, and having at least one layer of a sealing material. The back substrate and the sealing member may contain silicon-based materials, respectively.

A solar cell module comprising:
- a plurality of solar cells;
- a light transparent front substrate disposed on front surfaces of the plurality of solar cells;
- a back substrate disposed on back surfaces of the plurality of solar cells;
- and
- a sealing member disposed between the light transparent front substrate and the back substrate, and having at least one layer of a sealing material,
- wherein the back substrate and the sealing member contain silicon-based materials, respectively.
