Foil-type applicator for the selective lightening of keratin fibers, particularly human hair, and use of the applicators for producing targeted lightening effects on the hair.
Claims10
Foil applicator for selective lightening of keratinic fibers comprising:
- a sheet-shaped substrate, and
- a cosmetic hair-bleaching preparation applied onto the substrate,
- wherein the hair-bleaching preparation is anhydrous and comprises at least one solid peroxodisulfate salt and at least one solid addition product of hydrogen peroxide with organic or inorganic compounds.
