A purified composition comprising:

• a dimerized fusion polypeptide comprising a first polypeptide linked to a second polypeptide, wherein the first polypeptide is a mucin polypeptide and is glycosylated by a α1,3 galactosyltransferase and the second polypeptide comprises at least a region of an immunoglobulin polypeptide covalently linked to a third polypeptide, wherein the third polypeptide is a tumor associated antigen.
