Dependent claims

A compound having the structure:

wherein R2, R3, and R4 are independently OH or NHR9, and wherein at least one of R2, R3, and R4 is OH, and wherein R1 and R9 independently comprise 1-30 atoms selected from the group consisting of N, O, C, H, and combinations thereof;
and wherein R1 is —(CH2)nCOR5 wherein R5 comprises 1-30 atoms selected from the group consisting of N, O, C, H, and combinations thereof;
and n=1 to 5.
