Disclosed herein are methods of method of making a substrate for performing a chemical synthesis reaction.
Claims24
A method of making a substrate for performing a chemical synthesis reaction, the method comprising the steps of:
- providing a dispensing plate comprising a recess;
- aligning a reaction vessel with the recess;
- dispensing particles to the reaction vessel aligned with the recess, the particles being functionalized to covalently attach a building block of a synthetic reaction;
- and
- permanently embedding the particles in the reaction vessel.
