Abstract
A manufacturing apparatus (2) for components (3), which has at least one movable loading station (20) designed as a tool magazine (13) and having reception points (39) with different tools (4, 5, 6, 7) for different component types A-I. The loading station (20) is connected to one or more machining stations (20, 22′) at which at least one machining device (23) and at least one handling device (24) for handling and releasing the components (3) from the tool (4, 5, 6, 7, 8) are arranged. The selected Figure is FIG. 5.
Claims34
A manufacturing apparatus for components, the apparatus comprising:
- a rotatable loading station comprising a tool magazine, said loading station comprising a plurality of reception points with a plurality of different tools for different types of components, said rotatable loading station comprising at least one machining station or machining point arranged thereon;
- and
- a machining means for machining one or more said components on said rotatable loading station.
A manufacturing plant for components, comprising:
- a plurality of manufacturing apparatuses, each of said plurality of manufacturing apparatuses comprising:
- a rotatable loading station comprising a tool magazine, said loading station comprising a plurality of reception points with a plurality of different tools for different types of components, said rotatable loading station comprising at least one machining station or machining point arranged thereon;
- and
- a machining means for machining one or more of said components on said rotatable loading station.
A process for manufacturing components, comprising:
- providing a rotatable loading station with a plurality of different tools for receiving different types of components, said rotatable loading station comprising one or more machining stations or machining points;
- providing one or more machining means;
- providing at least one handling means;
- loading components onto said rotatable loading station;
- machining one or more of said components on said rotatable loading station at one or more of said machining stations or machining points with said one or more machining means;
- removing one or more of said components from one or more of said tools during said machining with said handling means and further machining said one or more of said removed components, wherein said rotatable loading station moves one or more of said tools, during removal of said one or more of said components with said handling means, into a different position for reloading with one or more of said components.
