1-69. (canceled)
A microfluidic structure comprising:
- a culture chamber;
- at least one object flow inlet for introducing culture objects and object flow media into said chamber;
- at least one object flow outlet allowing culture objects and object flow media to exit said chamber;
- and
- one or more fluidic media inlets allowing fluidic media into said chamber.
- wherein the at least one object flow inlet and the at least one object flow outlet are on the same side of line bisecting said culture chamber such that objects and object flow media entering the culture chamber from the object flow inlet move through the chamber to leave the chamber from the object flow outlet.
