Abstract
The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition that includes an amphiphilic zwitterionic copolymer. The amphiphilic zwitterionic copolymer can particularly be used for imparting rheological properties, in particular a beneficial texture, to said composition and/or to the foam resulting from said composition.

An aqueous cosmetic composition comprising:
- a) a surfactant system,
- b) optionally at least one salt, and
- c) at least one copolymer comprising:
- units AZ comprising a betaine group comprising a cationic group and an anionic group other than a carboxylate group,
- units B comprising hydrophobic units Bphobic and/or amphiphilic units Bamphi, and
- optionally other hydrophilic units Aother.

A process for modify the rheology, texture, suspension properties, and/or foaming properties of a composition comprising the step of adding to the composition at least one copolymer comprising:
- units AZ comprising a betaine group comprising a cationic group and an anionic group other than a carboxylate group,

- optionally other hydrophilic units Aother.
