Abstract
A method of transmitting data comprising a plurality of data streams in a broadcasting system is provided. The method includes dividing a frame into a plurality of physical layer zones, allocating the plurality of data streams to the plurality of physical layer zones, allocating signaling information associated with the plurality of physical layers to at least one of the plurality of physical layer regions, and transmitting the frame to which the signaling information is allocated.
Claims20
A method of transmitting data comprising a plurality of data streams in a broadcasting system, the method comprising:
- dividing a frame into a plurality of physical layer zones;
- allocating the plurality of data streams to the plurality of physical layer zones;
- allocating signaling information associated with the plurality of physical layers to at least one of the plurality of physical layer regions;
- and
- transmitting the frame to which the signaling information is allocated.
An apparatus for transmitting data comprising a plurality of data streams in a broadcasting system, the apparatus comprising:
- a scheduler for dividing a frame into a plurality of physical layer zones, allocating the plurality of data streams to the plurality of physical layer zones, and allocating signaling information associated with the plurality of physical layers to at least one of the plurality of physical layer regions;
- and
- a transmitter for transmitting the frame to which the signaling information is allocated.
A method of receiving data comprising a plurality of data streams in a broadcasting system, the frame being divided into a plurality of physical layer zones, the plurality of data streams being allocated to the plurality of physical layer zones, and signaling information associated with the plurality of physical layers being allocated to at least one of the plurality of physical layer regions, the method comprising:
- receiving the frame;
- and
- receiving the plurality of data streams by using the signaling information.
An apparatus for receiving data comprising a plurality of data streams in a broadcasting system, the frame being divided into a plurality of physical layer zones, the plurality of data streams being allocated to the plurality of physical layer zones, and signaling information associated with the plurality of physical layers being allocated to at least one of the plurality of physical layer regions, the apparatus receiving the frame and receiving the plurality of data streams by using the signaling information.
