An apparatus for movement in fluid comprising an aerodynamic cross-section wing with a convex upper surface and a source of high pressure fluid interconnected with a means for forming pressure jets and directing them over the convex upper surface of the wing, distinctive in that the means for forming pressure jets is made in the form of a rotor with a hollow axle and nozzles installed perpendicular to the wing's longitudinal axis, the nozzles installed symmetrically on, and at an angle to, an end face with pressure jets capable of capturing surrounding fluid by means of vortices.
