Information processing apparatus, computer-readable non transitory storage medium storing image transmission program, and computer-readable storage medium storing image display program

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing an image transmission program of a computer for generating a plurality of images to be displayed on a display unit of a terminal device connected to the computer via a network and transmitting the plurality of images to the terminal device, the image transmission program causing the computer to execute a process comprising:

• a first transmission procedure of transmitting an image drawn on an image memory that stores a plurality of images drawing execution results of the computer to the terminal device;
• an area determination procedure of determining an area in which change between frames of the plurality of images exceeds a threshold value;
• a second transmission procedure of compressing the determined area at a frame rate higher than that of the first transmission procedure and transmitting the area to the terminal device;
• and
• a management procedure of managing synchronization between an image transmitted by the first transmission procedure and an image transmitted by the second transmission procedure, generating drawing timing of each image according to detection of a move of the area determined by the area determination procedure, and adding the drawing timing to the image transmitted by the first transmission procedure and the image transmitted by the second transmission procedure.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing an image display program of a computer for receiving a plurality of images to display execution results of an information processing apparatus connected to the computer via a network and displaying the plurality of received images on a display unit, the image display program causing the computer to execute a process comprising:

• a first reception procedure of receiving a plurality of images in which an execution result of the information processing apparatus is drawn and drawing timing at which the image is drawn on the display unit is added;
• a second reception procedure of receiving an image, which is obtained by compressing an area in which change between frames of the images exceeds a threshold value and to which drawing timing at which the image is drawn on the display unit is added, among the plurality of images in which an execution result of the information processing apparatus is drawn, at a frame rate higher than that of the first reception procedure;
• and
• a display control procedure of displaying the image received by the first reception procedure and the image received by the second reception procedure on the display unit in synchronization with the drawing timing added to each image.
