A device for iontophoretically delivering a charged curcuminoid across the skin of an Alzheimer's Disease patient.
Claims9
An iontophoretic drug delivery system comprising:
- a) a power source,
- b) an anode and a cathode in electrical connection with the power source, and
- c) a first electrolyte-containing reservoir in electrical connection with the anode, and
- d) a second electrolyte-containing reservoir in electrical connection with the cathode,
- wherein one of the reservoirs contains a charged curcuminoid prodrug.
