Abstract
The invention provides a composition comprising (i) a somatotrophic hormone; (ii) a biodegradable polymer component; and (iii) a release modifier. A process for preparing, and the use of such a composition are also provided.

A solid composition comprising (i) a somatotrophic hormone;
- (ii) a biodegradable polymer component;
- and (iii) a release modifier.
A process for preparing a composition comprising a somatotrophic hormone, the process comprising mixing together (i) a somatotrophic hormone, (ii) a biodegradable polymer component, and (iii) a release modifier to provide a uniform blend.
A composition according to claim 18, wherein the hGH is in the form of a spray dried powder.
