Abstract
Disclosed are a separator for a battery and a battery. The separator includes a porous film, a first roller, and a second roller. The first and second rollers are associated with both ends of a porous film. The first roller is wound with a portion of the porous film and is configured to rotate to unroll the film. The second roller is configured to rotate in an opposite direction to a rotary direction of the first roller to roll up the film.

A separator for a battery, the separator comprising:
- a porous film;
- and
- first and second rollers associated with both ends of the porous film,
- wherein the first roller is wound with a portion of the porous film and is configured to rotate to unroll the film;
- and
- wherein the second roller is configured to rotate to roll up the film.

- a separator to separate the cathode and the anode,
- wherein the separator comprises a porous film, and first and second rollers associated with both ends of the porous film,
