Abstract
A light assembly that includes an elongated housing, a reflective parabolic cylindrical surface within the elongated housing having a focal line and an elongated cover coupled to the elongated housing. The light assembly also includes a plurality of light sources spaced apart longitudinally and emitting light toward the parabolic cylindrical surface. The parabolic cylindrical surface reflects light from the light sources out of the housing through the cover.
Claims14
A light assembly comprising:
- an elongated housing;
- a reflective parabolic cylindrical surface within the elongated housing having a focal line;
- an elongated cover coupled to the elongated housing;
- and
- a plurality of light-emitting diodes spaced apart longitudinally and emitting light toward the parabolic cylindrical surface,
- said parabolic cylindrical surface reflecting light from the light-emitting diodes out of the housing through the cover.
