Abstract
A liquid ejecting head comprises a pressure chamber communicating with nozzle and a piezoelectric actuator. The piezoelectric layer is composed of a solid solution containing bismuth sodium titanate and 0.2 mol % or more and 8.0 mol % or less of manganese.
Claims8
A liquid ejecting head comprising:
- a pressure chamber communicating with nozzle;
- and
- a piezoelectric actuator including a piezoelectric layer and an electrode which applies a voltage to the piezoelectric layer,
- wherein the piezoelectric layer is composed of a solid solution containing bismuth sodium titanate and 0.2 mol % or more and 8.0 mol % or less of manganese.
