Abstract
An information processing apparatus, method, and program are provided that control display of an image. The information processing apparatus, method, and program designate a first point and a second point on an image, determine a zoom direction based on a position of the first point relative to a position of the second point, and zoom the image in the zoom direction.

An information processing apparatus comprising:
- a processor;
- and
- a memory device storing instructions which when executed by the processor, causes the processor to:
- (a) designate a first point and a second point on an image;
- (b) determine a zoom direction based on a position of the first point relative to a position of the second point;
- and
- (c) zoom the image in the zoom direction.
