An organic solar battery (1) includes a photoelectric conversion layer that includes an electron donor layer (12) and an electron acceptor layer (14, 16, 17, 18) stacked on the electron donor layer, the electron acceptor layer including three or more electron acceptor materials, and at least one of the three or more electron acceptor materials being an organic material.
