Abstract
System for application of ozone on grains made up essentially by one or more ozone mixers with particulates separator (1) for injecting air in the grains mass, one or more ozone mixers (2) for injecting air in the grains mass, a base of the device for grains treatment with ozone (3), a transport and discharge device (4), and an air cooling filter (5) that can be used individually or jointly to apply ozone on the grains mass.
Claims10
A system for applying ozone on grains characterized by a first ozone mixer with a particulates separator (1) for air injection into a grains mass, a second ozone mixer (2) for air injection in the grain mass, a base of a treatment device for a treatment of the grain mass with ozone (3), a transport and discharge device (4), and an air cooling filter (5) used to apply ozone on the grains mass.
The system for applying ozone on grains as claimed in 1, further characterized by the first ozone mixer with the particulates separator (1) having an electric motor (6) coupled to a rotor for generating air and pressure volume to aspirate and inject, associated with an internal cone (7) fed with air containing particles (8) and an external cone (13) that directs atmospheric air through an ozone generator (14) after being centrifuged to a chamber (15) where the mixture takes place.
The system for applying ozone on grains as claimed in 2, further characterized by the internal cone (7) directing the air to the bottom of the rotor, where the air suffers centrifugation and separation, and originating an air flow with a predetermined amount of particulates that is directed to a primary discharge (9), assisted by two retention rings (10) of particulates flow (11).
The system for applying ozone on grains as claimed in 1, further characterized by air being mixed and homogenized with a dose of ozone discharged in a secondary exit (16) such that the air is free of ozone in case its destination is a filtering system or discharged into the environment.
The system for applying ozone on grains as claimed in 1, further characterized by the second ozone mixer (2) having an electric motor (17) coupled to an air and pressure volume generator rotor to aspirate and inject, an internal aspiration cone (18) fed with atmospheric air (19), which is directed to a bottom of the rotor together with the ozonized air (20) by ozone generators (21) directed by an external cone (22), where the centrifugation forms a perpendicular barrier for the air mixture chamber (23).
The system for applying ozone on grains as claimed in 1, further characterized by the treatment device's base (3) presenting directing blades for the air flow (24) that force ozonized air (25) through one or more ozone generators (26) through a negative pressure chamber (29) to permeate the grain mass.
The system for applying ozone on grains as claimed in 1, further characterized by ozone generators (26) being disposed in grains feeding troughs (27) and air entry (28).
The system for applying ozone on grains as claimed in 1, further characterized by the suctioned air flowing in all directions due to turbulent filling of the concave blades (30) with a bottom with relief holes (31), which allow ozonized air to flow in the entire filling path and vertical displacement.
The system for applying ozone on grains as claimed in 8, further characterized by the transport and discharge device (4) presenting discharge (32) with lateral devices (33) to couple ozone generators (34) in order to permeate ozone in grain discharge flow coming from the concave blades (30) with relief holes (31).
The system for applying ozone on grains as claimed in 1, further characterized by an air cooling filter (5) being constituted by a rotor (37) associated to a heat extraction rotor (38), an internal cone (39) that aspirates the hot air with residues (40):
- and an external cone (41) that aspirates the cold air (42) and performs the mixture of the two in a chamber (43).
