Abstract
Techniques are provided for a method of installment payment transactions associated with a credit card account. An installment service having one or more servers receives a credit card transaction. An installment payment amount for the transaction is calculated. Based on the calculated payment amount, an installment payment offer is presented to a confirmation device.

A method for managing installment payment transactions associated with a credit card account by an installment service having one or more servers, comprising:
- receiving a credit card transaction;
- calculating, by one of the servers, an installment payment amount for the credit card transaction;
- and
- presenting, by one of the servers to a confirmation device, an installment payment offer based on the calculated installment payment amount.
A system for managing installment payment transactions associated with a credit card account comprising:
- an installment service consisting of one or more servers configured to receive a credit card transaction;
- a calculating tool configured to calculate an installment payment amount for the credit card transaction;
- and
- a presentation tool configured to present an installment payment, wherein the installment payment offer is based on the calculated installment payment amount.
