A compound or an enantiomer, or an isomer, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof represented by the formula:

• wherein:
• Y is C or N;
• X is oxygen, sulfur or NRN;
• RN is H or C1-6 alkyl;
• B is C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkenyl or C1-6 alkyl having at least one halo atoms of F, Cl, Br, or I as the substituent;
• R3 is hydrogen or C1-6 alkyl;
• each R1 is independently hydrogen or C1-6 alkyl;
• each R2 is independently substituted or unsubstituted phenyl.
